Mr. Reinhart (MBA, the University of Michigan in Marketing and New Product Development) has 19 years experience in patent management and technology licensing and has been at WSU since August, 1996 and is responsible for three main areas of WSU's program managed by TTO professionals: technology transfer, new venture development and industrial liaison. He was previously at New England Medical Center in Boston as Director of Technology Administration and Licensing for 4 and 1/2 years. There he handled the licensing of biotechnology and medical inventions exclusively and all industry-sponsored basic research agreements. Prior to that, he was at the University of Michigan for seven years as Senior Technology Licensing Specialist and licensed inventions in life and physical sciences, devices, and engineering. He has licensed technology to over 220 companies, including eight spin-out companies.
